I am an alumnus of the fluvial remote sensing team (graduation 2014) and now a first year PhD student at the University of Oregon interested flood risk management, risk perception of flooding, and coupled human-environment systems. As an alumnus of the group I'm also interested in using remote sensing to improve understanding of river processes at the reach to watershed scale. If you have any questions about my work, please feel free to email me at email@example.com, or refer to my personal page for the UO River Research Group at http://blogs.uoregon.edu/rivergroup/.
Carl and I just had our manuscript for calculating spatially variable error and detecting significant and not significant lateral channel migration associated with image registration accepted by Geomorphology. The MATLAB scripts associated with the work are posted on this website under tools, and a link to the manuscript will be available soon.
